General

This mill is 70% new and the rest is reconditioned. Capacity is 30 tons/hour – 130,000 tons per year.
Specification

1. One roller table 10 meters in length - diameter of the rolls 190mm.,width 600mm. – each roller is placed at 500 mm. centre from another. All the support structure is water cooled.
2. 5Nos. Motorized gear boxes for the drive of the roller table.
3. 1 Kickoff device for the rejects /roll spoils.
4. Roller table 9 meters in length, consisting of 15 rolls
Dia. 190 mm.
Width 1200 mm.
Distance between the rollers 500/ 1000 mm.
The roller table is driven by 8 motorized reduction Gear boxes 4.5 h.p. each.
5. 1 Set of drop chutes for the billet 120 x 120 x 4000
