Process
This unit consists in only 3 major components and there is only 20’-4” between the two mandrels :

Recoiler
This unit can process all the coils in the range of 0.010” to 0.187” thick and 15” to 50” wide.
Both mill rolls are cleaned by buffer pads and upper mill roll is equipped with a razor blade to remove small particles stuck to the roll.
Line Speed : 150 to 300 ft/min.
Line Production : 10 tons/hr
